Restoring the Soul Essence Staff Registration

Thank you for your interest in staffing a future Essence Weekend.

Women who have staffed similar weekends have reported that staffing had a greater impact on their life than actually participating in the weekend.

Why is this? I think it's because when we lift our focus onto serving and giving of ourselves, we are automatically rooting ourselves in our Healthy Self - opening to Grace, surrendering to the call, and expanding our hearts in love.

By remaining emotionally present to the women who will be attending this weekend, we are also posturing ourselves in the best possible way as vessels of God’s healing grace - which can’t help but touch us as the Spirit moves through us.

Staffing therefore is a two fold process - God will be using you to support others but will also be moving through you in a way that can continue to heal, restore, and release you into even more freedom.

Staffing is indeed a sacred call.

Details That Are Important to Know Before you add your name to the Staff Wait List:

1. To qualify to staff, you must have attended an Essence workshop.
2. You are also required to attend two Pre-Workshop Mandatory Staff Meetings (to be held on Zoom):

• Full Team Orientation Meeting on Monday, four weeks before the week of the event from 6 - 7:30 MST
• Staff Preparation Call on Monday, two weeks before the week of the event from 6 - 7:30 MST

Location: The workshop will be held at the Franciscan Retreat Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and often boasts of deer roaming the grounds in the mornings. To see pictures of their campus click here

Arrival Time: Staff must arrive on Thursday  by 4:00 pm. You will be registered and will begin staff duties shortly after. You may arrive earlier but will not be able to check into your room until after 4:00.

Departure Time: Your duties will continue throughout the weekend up until 4:00 pm on Sunday. 

Please Note: No exceptions can be made for these time frames.

Meals: All meals will be provided starting with Dinner on Thursday Evening and ending with Lunch on Sunday.

Price: Your fee for staffing the Essence Weekend is $400.00. This includes room, all food and beverages starting Thursday Dinner - ending with Sunday lunch. It also includes the Essence Follow-Up Program after the event concludes.
